If you find your way to your settings I think you can change your password there. Alternatively, you might like to follow the instructions that I have pasted below that help you to reset your password if you have forgotten it:

What if I forget my member name or password?

1. Click 'Log in' at the top right of the screen.
2. Click 'Forgot member name or password?'.
3. Enter the email address you used to sign up and we'll send you an email with your member name and a link to reset your password.
4. Click the link, enter a new password and click 'Submit'.

Thanks. Yep got it figured out , now to figure out how not to get rid of myself tonight

I am glad you were able to figure out how to change your password.
