@Snowiei know you are scared as expected, doubting if its worth it, but you said yourself you think its best. its better to be voluntary than involuntary and with hope you can get meds sorted, sleep sorted out and get that much needed help.its very daunting but you dont have to go it alone ok, maybe try to put it at the back of your mind for now so you can sleep abit tonight and then work on it tomorrow. im still happy to talk if you would like, whatever you want to do  and wherever you like as well.
