Bugger @Faith-and-Hope - you are going to love this sunset - best here for a long time - how poignant that it occurred tonight when we both need a little colour in our lives  (faith-connection strikes again lol)

I am using my iPad for reference and I am outside painting again, so I will keep checking for it.

Then I am going for another walk to burn off all the stress cortisol from today. My hip is better, just still taking shorter walks for the moment to give it more time .....

those two very simple words - painting again - warms my heart @Faith-and-Hope I can't wait to (not)see it finished 

The only walking I will be doing tonight is to the toilet and back lol - I think I have permanently taken up residence on the couch for the foreseeable future! So I will have to get my exercise vicariously through you for a while - don't go too far - I'll be buggered

hahaha @Shaz51 and the bathroom is only about 5 steps away - I could nearly reach the toilet from the couch lol lol lol (might be easier still if I was a boy!!!!)
