hey @Sam3 i like setting tiny goals - maybe instead of aiming for making dinner, it could be something smaller like, getting up to make some tea. or maybe even smaller like walking around your bed (so that there's some movement occurring)? and then building up as you go. please do be kind to yourself each step of the way
