I’m tired only slept 5 1/2 hours. Been keeping busy this morning. Got a Spring Cleaner coming this afternoon.
Walked up shops, got two solar battery quotes. One of them has bombarded me with emails and I’m really sick of the hard sell. Think I’ll go with someone else. I hate pushy people.
Organised appt with Chinese acupuncturist to see if he can help with my back and neck. I’m in pain.
Cooking a rack of lamb and roast veggies for lunch (I eat my main meal at lunch time).
Will garden and maybe do some Spanish lessons while cleaner is here.
Take care and keep on going on.

the last time I saw a friend or family member was 4th August
I've been waiting on the social support I was referred for since December, the service loses referrals and often doesn't respond but I seem to have broken through and expect a meet up next week
so I might achieve my intention of being open to change
it's been agony
