@Till23 You sure can ask. I use software that magnifies called Jaws … and to type I use voice to text hence the spelling mistakes. No idea why they called it Jaws but it’s decent and allows me to interact which is awesome. NDIS paid for the software. I’m also pretty deaf so things can get a bit tricky but I’ve found ways around it. It’s one of the reasons I use online so much. It’s kind of easier to communicate.

@Blackcloud i always get warm when I'm sleeping so end up throwing a leg out to cool myself down.
Hopefully the new accommodation isn't too cold.

No @tyme house should not be smokey.
Are they open fireplaces?
It is a bit of an art to make a fire properly.
A big thing is to have airflow to draw smoke up the chimney, so could be a blockage esp if it's an old house, who knows what previous people did.
Other thing is to make sure your wood is dry. If you get firewood in, it's often big logs which you have to have fire really hot to burn or split them.
Need to burn fire hot to begin with, so small sticks etc to burn and make sure it's really going before throwing on big stuff
Sorry you probably didn't want a lecture on fire building - when I get passionate about stuff I can go on forever - I really miss my Dad for that we could talk about nerdy stuff forever (and he loved a fire)
