oh dear, done same on here w Trump supporters, some of whom stated upset as had been outed as much as anything. nothing about statements made or beliefs, just 'now will be seen as Trump supporter. well if shoe fits ..
@tyme Had a panic attack and swung into bipolar depression due to forthcoming change to credit union bsb number and forthcoming new app. and internet banking. All very overwhelming. So went awol for a day. Now I’ve had 3 bad nights’ sleep and worried will swing into mania which is worse because I have a spending problem when I’m manic. I’m ok atm because I can defer dealing with all this for now. On top of that my helper went ahead and booked me in for an eye test Monday without asking me first and they’re probably going to say at least one cataract needs surgery. Maybe both eyes. My bipolar has gotten worse with aging and even if my cataracts don’t need doing yet I’m pretty sure I will need new reading glasses when the ones I have are only just over 6 months old. Other glasses for mid-range are fine. Could have done without eye test right now. Was putting it off in the hope that I could have both cataracts done over the course of a week. Also not sure if my anxiety means I will have to have a general for the surgery. I smoke so a general is riskier. Also need someone to drive me and my helper often lets me down. Need a more reliable support worker but not on ndis and they are going to make rules stricter if I apply now. Hence my temporary absence. I was stewing in my own juices.
