I managed to overcome my anxiety and call the credit union. I was partially relieved but not entirely. @tyme I’m getting hungry but cooked at lunch time so struggling to cook again. A bit broke as had big water bill so not sure if can afford takeaway. Might get a pizza delivered can ring local pizza joint to get delivery, so I don’t have to set up door dash or uber eats apps I hate technology.

I used to think 1960s version of US was some sort of ideal , like the big buildings in in San Francisco in the movie Bullit, and Brady Bunch houses, big new highways, etc, everything was swept undercover. Did a subject on modern US history 2000 ish, american lecturer, forgot name. but his predictions all coming true. Also funny how the states have so much power, some places there have wealth taxes, death taxes, even Britain has supertax . aust too scared now @GezzaP yeah  cannot go there anymore was on bucket list

I muddled my way through uber , uber eats and smart tv , sure you can @GezzaP 

anyways, once its set up , just repeat order if any good. you are at an advantage tho maybe , as place now have 2 menus, uber eats one is way more expensive

@TAB - lol. Takeout ONCE a day is more than enough! Too much and you feel you are indulging!

I just took the dog out for a walk. It's really nice and sunny on my side.

This week, I had a takeout coffee once and shared fish n' chips once. That's about it.

As for the food apps, they take such a HUGE cut when you order from them! It ends up liek double the price!

My local pizza joint you can call and get a cheaper delivery than the apps @TAB . The delivery fee is low. You can pay with a card. Has gone up in price recently though. Haven’t had pizza in ages. Getting garlic bread and sugary drink too. Pizzas are pretty good. Not the best I’ve had but convenient. It’ll do. Probably have leftovers.  I think the apps are a rip off. Go local I say. They are nice people too. I used to pick one up and go to my sister’s place but she’s not talking to me anymore.

I’ve been to US at least 15 times @TAB . Have friends there. Nice people. Pity the country is so unfair. My friends are mostly well off so they do fine. Had one send me a check once for a new fridge. She didn’t have to do that. It took about two weeks to clear at bank. Other friend is head of the Library of Congress. Others are academics or latinos. Latinos were poor.
