@TAB hey tabby, thought I was going psychotic.  Had some flu symptoms. Got home. The plumber didn't turn up today. Mum was going hysterical wanting to call gas company to come to fix free of charge. Thinking may be not able to solve situation today. Might leave crazy mum and absent plumber for today and ring plumber tomorrow.

@SmilingGecko My mania is so so today. Slept a bit better. Have a splitting headache so no energy today. Back and neck hurting hence the headache. Took extra meds for it. Just can’t get rid of it. So slow today. Went out for lunch. Very tired today. Slept forb6 hous so better, but headache precvents me from doing much and prevented me from going back to sleep. Will put cream on back and neck. Going to acupuncture tomorrow morning. So hopefully that helps.l
