slept hours today already here @GezzaP @Meowmy just happened to wake up like a minute before drs ph appt . I had forgotten to set the alarm. so script is at chemists. Nothing urgent . it could sit there til next thursday in reality ha ha. Been bothering myself to try a walk into town. its not far, but am barely walking for exercise atm. Got walking as part of test next thursday haha. can get newspapers and pick stuff up from PO if not too big (dont think it is)
so. get coffee just made made ph rang re-heated, get fat A into shower (was thinking tops and tails but had gym yest afternoon and not showered since yay.
Then I have to get like 3 big bags of firewood as sick of being cold and literally got next to nothing inside. so that means lots of splitting as have picked over the pile few times already for right size wood
