@GezzaP just making a potato skillet for lunch out of whats left over. Tim Mee point apparently changes the taste of ciggs so you dont crave them for some reason. That is what a GP who does acupuncture told me. Imagine how much money youd save. It would certainly put you ahead financially. I hope you can give up smoking successfully. Wouldnt that be good? I cant afford winter heating so this Oodie is quite amazing. I do have a Selk'd thermal onesie which people wear to the snow but saw some folk from the UK caught up in a winter freeze with no heating and got myself one at the start of the pandemic because of global power outages. I think its only going to get worse with these big data centers they are building around the world which uses up copious amounts of water and electricity.

I had spring rolls for lunch as wasn’t hugely hungry. Will probably be hungry later even though the O has been reduced @SmilingGecko . I didn’t sleep well
last night probably also O related. Trying not to nap so hopefully sleep tonight. It would be amazing if I could give up the smokes but these mustard seeds in my ears are not working so far, but it’s only the first day.

@GezzaP just made another healthy smoothie using up leftover stuff in fridge. Trying to minimise food waste. About to listen to some health audios to boost my blood vessel health (its brought down my bp) liver/kidney detox and regeneration. Last night I got an e-mail mailout from a yogi who told people in an article how to settle themselves for sleep. I tried the advice last night and fell asleep fairly quickly compared to normal. I enjoyed about 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep which was good. Will try it again tonight. The practice stops you from over thinking when your head hits the pillow and quietens the thoughts while the nidra practice releases tension in the body. Heres to good sleep
