yair 2 drains already there @Bill16 couldnt care if air gap under tub to floor it'll end up down drain lol .. so just rip shit out, and decent size tub , if tap set over tub too low (actually it will be and that will be a problem as cant reach, will be down side of new tub)

, quick fix lol done in a day ha ha spent yonks looking at tubs struggle to find over 430mm deep reckon old set- in tub at house in Boulder pushing 600 b4 overflowing lol
