.. I wish re $10k just walked bit over half of last one, back fought me the whole way. have to remember to skip it day after gym, just demoralising. maybe next walk Sunday @GezzaP

Back was sore when walking as per usual @TAB . Now I’ve got to update payments for several things cause I had to cancel credit card last week.  Thinking might go tonpub fot lunch if not raining. The walk back up the hill is hard work though.
