..I only recently started seeing an endocrinologist @Glisten ,before that it as haematologists and inconclusive tests according to them. they only thing haematologists did was refer me for tests, ok then biopsies etc

bit over hour to physio, will get scripts and go to PO as well. thinking might try walking there. will be lots stops think

@TAB  I really hope that it helps you. Sometimes medication is a malicious cycle. The whole getting old and being able to function in life, is just exhausting.

That’s pretty late to get up but I’m a morning person @ENKELI . I fall asleep if I try to stay awake after 9.30pm. I hate it when my footy team plays a night game like this Thursday.

My puss is still asleep too. I had a snooze for about 20 minutes @SmilingGecko . I suspect my cat will want to go out in

about an hour. For once I’m not hungry atm. Just sitting chilling here. Been out in sun in the garden every hour. Didn’t have to water anything today.

I’m about 85 percent fluent in Spanish @Meowmy . I’m  working on expanding my vocabulary and improving my grammar.
