had nice breakfast thanks @Meowmy  still need bit more sleep sometime. back hurting. could be worse lol. I processed some things that happened during week, prob makes sense wasnt feeling too good. time to get over it. just have to decide whether to stick with private health to get heart operation 12 mth earlier ($4000)  or not. read that is is common to have procedure repeated . seems pointless. Cardiologist also says wont work unless I lose weight and drink less etc  ugh Sorry for going on
