@Gibbs   good morning another restless night. can't blame daughter for this one.  will get out of the house with support worker and sit by the bay in the sunshine,  take in the autumn rays. go for a walk. i hope you have a good day.  should be beautiful weather.  where i live there is lots of water. i love looking at the bird life we have here. so many. pelicans, hawkes, seagulls, ducks, water fowl and various parrots including gangangs.

Do you like birds? i find people either love them or hate them.  Hopefully i will catch you before i go out. if not later today.
