@TAB   yes it was a rabbit warren. now all the buns are in bunny heavan.  no more animals for a long while i think.  i hear you re back pain 😞

I may have to go to dift physio @Bunniekins  been trying rest and thats not working.re back 

usually I stretch it too much and make it worse, but if leave alone, pain stops. not so far.
