Coping with negative/suicidal thoughts.

Regarding SI @outlander ? Well, not thinking about the future helps. Its bleak for me. Trying to be 'presant moment" not easy 🙂

My counsellor asked me head on if these thoughts are now? I say no. I'm OK. Hope you are.
