My ankle isn’t ok @Snowie but my physio assured me the cortisone injection will work wonders 🤞

The place where we train needs a massive upgrade and has been deemed unsafe. 😢

I've had them in my knee before. Eventually had to have surgery.

Thats a shame about where you train hon. I guess it would be good if it gets an upgrade, but in the meantime you have to find somewhere else.

The new venue is close to the other one but further from the M1 which will be a longer drive for the kids. It won’t affect me.

Had psych (in person) this afternoon. Totally exhausted after it.

I’m glad you had psychiatrist in person @Snowie  and I know how tiring it can be. I hope you can have an early night.

GP visit was ok, just needing scripts but ended up with a referral to a cardiologist due to low heart rate and a Covid immunisation.
