Re: My Mosaic

You’ve done heaps today @Snowie ! Well done!

ah your sons room needs a good clean out every now and again too like my daughters!  I cave in most of the time now. Tired of just leaving it and allowing it to get to a bomb sight and then needing a massive clean. I try and keep it some what tidy all the time now. It’s frustrating. But it is what it is.

Just sitting in the car waiting for D to finish school. Not really been up to much. Still heaps queasy.

Re: My Mosaic

Ah that’s sounds nice @rav3n

I didn’t spend much time on the goldie. We went down to movie world and sea world and that was about it. I was on the Sunshine Coast. I do remember one other time that I visited the Gold Coast and I went to this mall and there was this hydro massage bed. You laid in this bed, and this thick plastic type cover was over you and then high pressure water went over you as a massage. It was truly amazing. Argh. I’ve never seen it again. I’ve been up in the tower too. That was cool view.

Re: My Mosaic

@rav3n I've watched quite a few debates over Abortion in the USA. Very interesting to see both sides of the debate.

The selling of the house is a house we've never lived in. So we don't have to worry about packing and moving.

It will be the same group as last time, just a few extra people.

Got the rest of the vacuuming done @Bow Now time for a rest. Lit some candles too, the house is smelling nice!!

My son's room is a typical teenage boy! His had a growth spurt so lots of clothes that don't fit him now.

Just taken S to work so some couch time now.

Hope the queasiness goes soon.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow omg this hydro massage bed sounds like heaven, i'll have a look into it! i was thinking of movie world too, and some night markets too.

@Snowie sometimes i forget that the US has 50 states and that each state has their own stance to things, it's pretty complex! and definitely interesting too, so many perspectives to learn from.

glad it's a little less work for ya! and hoping the extra ppl are ppl you already know?

Re: My Mosaic

Good job on getting all the vacuuming done @Snowie

I’ve never gotten into candles, but I do use an oil diffuser and love it when I’ve got it on.

I feel so smashed tonight. I could go crawl into bed right now.

anything on tomorrow?

@rav3n  I really liked movie world. It was heaps of fun!

Re: My Mosaic

Good evening @Bow

I just looked up Daphne's Diaries - how wonderfully wholesome!! Do you have a subscription?

That's so fair about the supplements, it's hard to remember to take all of our medications... gah!

Did you get some sun at all today?

How did your GP appointment go and did you feel supported regarding ED-related concerns? I know how vulnerable and confronting these conversations can be, but the fact you're asking for help is huge.

Would you feel comfortable telling me one thing you're proud of or grateful for today? 💛

Re: My Mosaic

Hi @AuntGlow

isn’t it so pretty! No I haven’t been able to find anywhere in aus to subscribe to it unfortunately. And it seems that the issues I’ve recently purchased from the shops are actually rather old issues. Looks like we are at least a couple of issues behind.

I’m thankful I get my meds in a webster pack. I was really not keen when it was suggested and kind dug my heels in. It was just something else that I didn’t have control over. But gosh I’m glad I have it now. I have 20 pills administered over 5 times during the day. And thank goodness for phone alarms!

my gp appointment went ok. I got my ED care plan done, didn’t want to be weighed but had to. She said don’t look, but then it’s in my care plan anyways! My blood pressure was really low, but my gp didn’t actually say anything, which was really not like her. She is usually very thorough and over the top. So that didn’t feel very supportive. I know it must be frustrating and challenging for those that don’t understand EDs, but she is usually always really good. She knows that I struggle with my fluid intake but I have been trying really hard, so when the struggle isn’t at least acknowledged especially when feeling so incredibly crummy along with it… it’s hard.

I’ve felt pretty crummy all day. And when I seen my low bp it made sense.

You know what, going to my gp has been something I have been avoiding a lot lately. I would usually see her at the least, monthly. I made this appointment on my own, mainly cause I needed a new ED care plan so I could see my dietitian, which I’ve also avoided. So ✔️ gp today and on my own (my SW couldn’t come), ✔️ bloods on my own today too! And dietitian appointment for Friday (haven’t seen her since April and I’m suppose to see her monthly too). So maybe a lil bit proud of all that.

Re: My Mosaic

@rav3n If we go to Japan it is people we already know so that makes it a little easier.

We have had offers on the house but too low so haven't taken them. There is an open house this weekend so will see how we go.

I like learning about politics and different views.

@Bow At least the house is clean for now. Will steam clean the floors tomorrow.

I'm not normally into candles but mum gave me it for my birthday so thought I'd use it.

Crawling into bed does sound nice.

Not much on tomorrow. Probably a trip to the supermarket but thats it. Got pdoc Thursday.

Re: My Mosaic
