have lots of adjustments to be made atm, the concussions just the latest thing :face_with_rolling_eyes:
have been having severe stomach issues and finally found out im extremely lactose intolerant (may be dairy all together yet)

are you alright?

your so so welcome @outlander  yes, health issues can make our lives so difficult, with so many adjustments to be made, mums diabeties we had to make a lot of adjustments. 

 

i hope you can sort it. there are plenty of dairy products out now for intollerants.

 

im ok, my partner had ot have emergency surgery last week, i have been supporting her day and night to get through it. it is still  touch and go. 

 

im coasting ok, the renovations are making me exhausted.

im sorry about your partners surgery that sounds very stressful and scary @Jacques i really hope she recovers well and that your continue to look after yourself too Heart

yes im trying to stay positive, my partner is still having on  going issues, but she is doing so well and im so proud of her.

 

i have been busy today doing gardening. thank you all for all your kind words and care for me and my partner. it really means the world to me.

hi @Shaz51 my beautiful friend, 

 

i am going ok today, i have bad hayfeaver this spring but otherwise am in good health, my partner is doing remarkably well, im so so proud of her, she is really moving forward. 

 

i was teaching her how to use her new laptop today, so we had good fun.

 

how are you going my friend? how is Mr shaz?

that is soo good to hear my awesome friend @Jacques 

we went to put our ute in to get the brakes fixed but have to wait for the part to come 

I had a sleep today . wow i usually never sleep through the day 

mr shaz has been sleeping everyday at lunch time

Im so so glad you and Mr shaz are listening to your bodies, sometimes they just need rest. You both have a lot going on and sometimes a time out can really recharge the batteries.
