With 3 daughters @Faith-and-Hope, any chance you can convince any of them to elope?!

If you think that's bad, @Former-Member my Mum grew up on a farm.
The family on the farm next door had nine daughters - yep, NINE (9) - and everybody in the area reckoned those girls were all getting a ladder for their 17th birthday !!!
You know that saying ....
"I used to complain I had no shoes, till I met a man who had no feet ....." ? @Former-Member used it in another thread earlier today.
Well ....... when my twins were born, my older son wasn't yet 2yo. That gave me 3 kids under 2yo !! One of our twins is "special needs" and needed heart surgery at 7 months old. You start feeling a bit hard done by about that stage, but then other people at the hospital start telling you their stories ......
How would you like 4 kids under 1yo ? Not quads, oh no - two sets of twins !!! This lady had 11 month old twins on the move while she had new-born twins waking her up through the night for two-hourly feeds ........ Uh-huh !!
And the stories kept comin' ...........
So !! Let the coffees and hot chocolates keep coming too, and celebrate the things that are going right, or at least, going okay. 😊

4 kids under 1! I don't know how that was survivable. Although 3 under 2 sounds sounds almost as tough. Well done you.
Yes, you're absolutely right. We have to enjoy the moment when all is well in our world

I could really go a good hot chocolate tonight! I'm a bit fussy with hot chocolate, because I don't like them super sweet. They have to be just right.
I thought I would mention @artee in here - Artee, I noticed you in the 'checking in' discussion. It's nice to 'see' you around again. I often wonder how you are. Anyways, I thought I would let you know that this discussion exists if you ever just want to have a hot chocolate, tea, coffee with a lovely group of people and just have a chat

@NikNik Thanks for the mention. Hot chocolate would be nice, or a strong Irish Coffee perhaps - even though I don't drink 🙂

Believe it or not, it's not the first time I've served an Irish coffee here 🙂
I served one up to @Shaz51 not to long ago

My Hubby has been sick since tuesday seen two doctors , went to the hospital in a hurry ,
put in hospital for one day and one night , and now has to come home to rest for the next few days because the hospital needs the bed
