Hi 👋 all I’m Shelley and have just joined. I’ve been on the journey of mental health & have come out the other side. Now I support women and Carer’s who are struggling with PND, depression, PTSD & Bipolar, all of which I have personal experience with.

I grew up as a young Carer and have worked most my life in the disability sector supporting families who’s children have special needs. Hoping I can provide support & give some insights
