Hello friends currently listening to outlander music I found on youtube and thinking ,trying to think positive, inspite of a lackluster week of not acheiving as much as I would have liked also,not going away for the weekend to look at houses as was planned ,due to my youngest brother suddenly having a panic attack complete with crying,screaming and shaking I was very concerned for him but he seems to be sleeping and resting now

It sounds like you have had a very full-on week - even getting through it is a pretty huge achievement in itself! You're so right, things can sometimes (or maybe most of the time!) not go as planned and it can be hard to grapple with. I love that you are taking some time to listen to some music and reflect. We can definitely all benefit from that!

thanks @Peregrinfalcon its turned out to be a good weekend all in all despite change of plans,it was nice to just lounge for a bit and watch netflix instead of being so constantly on the go,had breakfas cereal for dinner just because aswell,raining here at the momment so a good indoor day
