Tiny, quick update. I am going ok. Good days, Bad days. The most excellent news I've had (ever?) My OT says I've made a "stepchange'.

I never heard that expression b4.

Anyway, I stumbled across this one now on YouTube. I think it gave me stillness - I have anxietys every. Single. Morning.

Maybe it's gimmicky. Maybe it's solid. Idk? I love the waterfall halfway thru the clip.
