@Ant7  Hey Ant7 good to see you. I am good just listening to music at the moment and contemplating whether or not to go for a walk as neighbour wont be coming this morning.  How are you going?

@Ant7  what music are you listening too? I am listening to a variety atm it is Linkin Park :D. Had two cups of coffee might save the 3rd and last for a bit later.

@Ant7  just came back from walk with son2 which was nice for a change :). Have my support worker coming over then pdoc. Have you got anything planned?
