The most important success I’ve had at Tafe is realising how resilient and courageous I am by continuing to study when I felt really overwhelmed and stressed.

@PeppyPatti That's okay, it's not a word we use every day. I think ChatGPT explained it well - that was very resourceful of you. 🤩
How did cleaning and quilting go? And most importantly, how did you feel doing these tasks?

Hey @AuntGlow
I managed to go to work even though it was so so hard. Getting up at 4:30am and fighting my way through the extreme cold. I have to work tomorrow night but I’m calling in sick on the last night so I guess that’s a fail. I also failed with the showering. I missed two days. My depression hasn’t lifted at all.
Yes.. some brain storming would be appreciated.

You are a representative of being a survivor @Oaktree
I didn't really understand what that means in mh.
But I'm reading this -
And I think it writes this -
That being a survivor means that after the Doctors and Psychiatrists who didn't treat you as you and all that past treatment you have shown that you survived by showing resilience resilience means that you got through it and gotten emotionally stronger.
Its about empowerment. J
Please tell me if I'm wrong ..

I am just sitting with how hard this would be for you @Jacques. Health concerns can be really overwhelming, and I imagine you would be needing lots of TLC in your life right now as you manage your health. What has been helping you to feel well this week? And is there anything you need from us? 💛

I think it's more than okay to need time for yourself and acknowledge that looking after a tiny human is really hard, especially if you're exhausted or dysregulated. @MissinTooth
I think learning to be kinder towards yourself in these moments is so worthwhile - how is this intention going? 💛
Your intentions can change absolutely whenever you want them to!! What is your gut saying needs to be your focus right now?

Any time @lonemushroom!
How did journaling go? 🤩
I can really understand this. It's hard when you want to do everything, but your body is asking you to slow down. I think listening to where you're at and incrementally increasing your window of tolerance will help so much here. Like you said, your body has been through a lot.
You deserve lots of compassion throughout this process. ❤️
