Morning friends

Have been awake since 4am still tired but just can't sleep.  

Went to Henley beach last night for room dancing with my support worker and it was packed with kids everywhere so we went to Mawson Lakes and had one of there signature hot chocolate at Luigi Cafe which I love

@Bunniekins send some of your weather to us in SA please as we are so dry haven't had rain for so long my garden and lawn died   I  hate summer and love the cold

@Dreamy @I hope your day gets a bit better as it goes on, to me life is like a roller-coaster where we have our ups and downs which is very hard to cope with when in the down spiral and that's when our Sane family can help us through hard times sometimes and help boost us
