..full of pain meds, was cold, but got sox on and 2 working bars of heater going lol back /shoulder driving me to distraction, cannot fix or relieve it, trying to just ignore it lol @Bunniekins  had 2 coffees, cat dropped by, ate and did a runner straight after been up 2hours, think cant last much longer lol

@TAB  can you book yourself in for a deep massage? a sauna afterwards maybe? my support worker swears by them and she lives in pain and is only 30.  im good slept 99% of the night which is wonderful so tired after having son over then ex yesterday a quiet day today.
