@PeppyPatti my bedlinen comes from Canningvale mostly. When I first started working for Telstra in the early 90's I bought Trent Nathan sheets from Myer. I still have them, they just won't wear out.
Ex friend bought me some cheap sheets, I don't use them any more as they are too thin. I think the lowest thread count I have now is 1000. I love the crisp feel. Yep I'm weird!

80's and 90's sheets are quite good @ENKELI they are tough and durable. Ebay sells them as vintage linen in unopened packets. The last 80's fitted sheet I bought was brand new unused but not in packaging but originally wrapped around cardboard, it was very thick and had a lot of stiffness to it apart from mothball smell! lol I used think thread count was the way to go but apparently its deceptive marketing if you want to check out the way its manufactured these days. Ask @TAB thats where I got the heads up about manufacturing claims and thread count.
I have blocked card and rquested a new one. @SmilingGecko Now just have to change card details for charges to that card which I can’t do today completely until Thursday because my apps are not working properly. Need to change payment details but can’t do it while my apps are not working. Pain jn the backside. Will transfer to another card in the meantime.
