I'm just sitting and doing my diamond art. I didn't sleep much last night and things are feeling heavy today so I'm just trying to take the day slowly and gently.

Dreary, windy cold here this morning can’t drag myself out for a walk. Haven’t done physio exercises yet. Puss banging on the door to come in.
