@GezzaP how are you? Just cleaning the kitchen before making some granola. Im also learning to sprout as i am into preparedness and am aware that the food chain can break and food may not be easy to come by. Sprouts are some of the most nutrionally dense foods in a crisis. I have sprouting jars so will do that today and plant some spinach. I have a set of water containers in the event we have no water so I store it with a date on them - this is for washing hands and showering. I have a busy day!

I’m great - slept 8 hours - the most I’ve slept in weeks. It’s cold and sunny here. Will go for a walk when it warms up a bit more. Will have leftovers for lunch. Should do some more Spanish.
