dunno about you @TAB my world is shrinking. My husband and I were in the middle of another argument today and he just jumped up took the keys and went to emergency. I’m sitting at home.

and then I remembered iv got a carer coming tomorrow. 
I caught Bus to hospital and sat with him for a while. 
doctors all spoke to me, he’s getting admitted 

and I realised that I was free to do what ever I wanted to do because all those times i took my youngest son to hospital all those years ago - our success story of how he recovered from a brain tumour is why I don’t freak out whenever I go to hospital emergency. 
he’s got diverticulitis. But he explained to the very cute Sri Lankan doctor I interrupted and said it was a slight cold. 

he was too sick to argue

Self-Pity.

Your life view isolate Me in your pain.
Yet who finds me hurting over there?
Good Life in that miserable pit again,
hurting agony with no one to care?

Is living you so important to my life?
Dining misery instead of love fed

Why continue all your painful strife?

Let go of bad so good can be instead!
