my sleep is messed up again after getting up at midnight last night @GezzaP  told myself last nap way way too late in day but dont care. so 'official'sleep lasted 90 mins lol

going back soon.no point staying up , nearlyout of milk for coffee and tea , ha

I’m having same problem @TAB . Feeling wide awake. Oh well guess I can snooze after my acupuncture appt if I can’t get to sleep tonight.

Back to bed. Head feels like plastic  bag full of water

Good Morning @Meowmy @StuF @GezzaP @ENKELI @Glisten @MissGremlin @SmilingGecko got myself out of bed early to stock up on heat beads as were $3/bag off . as usual they have only ordered 3 bags, so I got their entire order.Not sure how specials work, but they dont seem to like them , if something is on special they will often/always have low/no stock ha ha. So I won in my pettylittle life , save $10, checked air pressure at servo and went home lol
