Agreed @TAB . Jails in US big corporate industry with forced labour. Welfare payments outrageously low in both countries. The increase we had during Covid proves can afford to double dole. Yes nearly all female indigenous in jail for unpaid fines it’s scandalous. Crows play soon so I’ll disappear for a few hours. Having chocolate for dessert.
@TAB hey tabby, may be drive to shops. Even to get a few autumn leaves for the desk or books?? Think will go down stairs or out after four pm. Mum goes to her room at four pm. Really don't want to see her today.
@TAB my abdomen meridian stick arrived in the post this week. I have used it every day. Dont know if I had fluid retention but down a digit. I enjoy incorporating it as part of my morning routine. Will hop on the Zen Chi machine soon but for now boost my kidneys and blood vessels with health audios
fair enough re mother. hate feeling trapped tho @Meowmy was like that one time when lived at brothers house, i would go to bed before he got home and stay in bed til he left for work
