I can't anymore..

Hey all. First timer.. long story shortish. 28 years old.

First attempt at 10yo.

Starting punishing self started about 12yo.

Eating and body issues around same time.

Been with boyfriend Damn over 10 years. 

He has lived thru 4 more  attempts, depression, not eating etc for that long.

I still don't eat really always depressed he accepts.

Been to hospital twice past 2 months (coworkers called, lifeline called)

Discharged myself in under hour.  

I am wanting advice on how to get help when I'm unwilling to ask in person?

Do you have any support apart from your boyfriend?

Not really.. he's fed up with my.. stuff. He's dealt with it for so long he just either makes fun of the issues, ignores it, gets angry.. he can't really support me as he knows I refuse help. but this time, he seems to be full on ignoring/avoiding said issues. He went to work morning after lifeline called ambulance.. Sorry I ramble

No family or friends. Coworkers refuse to talk to me about issues.

I’m sorry things are so tough for you, and have been for a very long time.

Are you seeing a psych.  ?

Sane have helplines that might be helpful.
