@Harry. Mascots. I'd pick sloth for when I'm in my depression vortex. I'd choose some type of skittish, timid creature for when anxiety hits.
But the main positive Mascot for me would have to be one of the big gentle breeds of dogs - like a Newfoundland or Saint Benard. They are big - so you don't trip on them because you will always see them. They have beautiful coats that are lovely to stroke (need that sensory stimulation). They are great to cuddle up to. They lean on you - so you also need to give love & support - not just take it. And they are devoted to their owners.
I think we could all do with that type of unconditional love.
