Who can benefit from DES?
People with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions:
DES supports individuals in preparing for, finding, and succeeding in a job and career development.
Employers:
DES helps employers hire and support staff with disabilities, providing resources and advice.
Job seekers:
DES providers can help with resume writing, interview skills, job searching, and on-the-job training.
Employers:
DES can help employers find new people for jobs and provide advice on hiring and supporting people with disabilities.

so, same as job network, only supposed to be more help. Which they are Not in my case. bout all they do is get you cut off and make money out of govt @PeppyPatti
