You are right not to worry about that co-worker - she has her own issues and it's up to her to deal with them herself and not to pass the bad feeling around. Block her out - you don't need extra problems

I hope your wrist and bruises heal quickly - I don't know what happened - it sounds like you had an accident - recovery can take time and is usually hard work.

I'm glad you spoke with your parents and that they are having a good time in Adelaide - 

And about your self-image - I am sure you worry about it and probably other people worry less than you do but here you have no face and no name and you come across fine. Well done - you are doing much better than when you first arrived here which is quite something
