@AuntGlow my intention to be kinder to myself...is a work in progress. Negative thoughts are tough to shake.
I haven't journalled either, so haven't met that intention.
To be honest I don't know what my gut is saying needs to be my focus right now. I think I'm going to stick with the two intentions I have for this week and continue to work towards those.

Trying not to beat myself up too much.
I did make these pumpkin cheese puffs popcorn and patty cakes kids helped with that one.
Other than that just struggled
And now it's silly o'clock and sleep is not anywhere in sight though I'm exhausted.
Trying to make myself sleepy without getting frustrated or angry. My mind is like a bloody video soon as I close my eyes playing over the day or anything really.
This week I'm going crazy and I have therapy tomorrow so hopefully that session will help. Although is it normal to get therapy anxiety? I have no idea what keeping me awake...
